What You need :
Print-Rite Heatbed
Power connector
Glue the thermistor in the hole in middle of the heatbed and connect it to the controller board. Use a micro JST - PH connector. You will find it on ebay.
Connect this way:
Then connect the power connector,relay and heatbed as shown in picture. You can connect the both yellow wires as you want, that dosen't matter.
